Welcome to Agent Alliance Academy, operated by QuantumDynamX LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

Agent Alliance Academy provides:

AI Voice Tutors: Interactive voice-based educational sessions with AI-powered characters
Educational Content: Quantum computing courses, modules, and learning materials
Entertainment Content: "As The Cloud Turns" episodic series featuring AI-generated dialogue and storytelling
Digital Products: Day passes, subscriptions, and course bundles delivered instantly upon purchase

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Products and Pricing

Agent Alliance Academy offers the following access tiers:

Day Pass ($9.99): 24-hour access with 60 voice minutes
Daily Ambition ($99): 30-day access with 450 voice minutes, includes Archimedes coaching sessions
Pro Monthly ($49/month): Monthly subscription with 300 voice minutes per billing cycle
Pro Annual ($390/year): Annual subscription with unlimited voice minutes

4. Voice Minutes and Usage

Voice minutes are consumed during AI voice conversations with our agents. You acknowledge and agree that:

Voice minutes are allocated based on your purchased product tier
Minutes are consumed in real-time during active voice sessions
Unused minutes for one-time purchases (Day Pass, Daily Ambition) expire when the access period ends
Subscription minutes reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over
Pro Annual subscribers have unlimited voice minutes for the duration of their subscription
You can check your remaining minutes in your account dashboard
We reserve the right to terminate sessions that appear to be abusive or automated

5. Purchases and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree that:

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal

6. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products:

Day Pass: Non-refundable once access token is issued
Daily Ambition: Non-refundable once access token is issued
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused voice minutes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share account credentials or access tokens with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our content
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the AI systems or voice minute tracking
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the AI agents
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our services utilize artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Ultravox) to generate educational dialogue and entertainment content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
AI tutors provide educational guidance but are not a substitute for professional instruction
All AI content adheres to safety guidelines and is suitable for general audiences
We continuously work to improve AI accuracy and safety

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, characters, and software, is the property of QuantumDynamX LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumDynamX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access token will be revoked and any unused voice minutes will be forfeited without refund for serious violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
